With RFX & Auction Services, Dataction team seamlessly takes your sourcing process and contracts from offline mode to an online platform. Our team bridges the gaps between the two approaches by setting up and configuring e-sourcing events (RFP, RFQ and RFI) or providing technical support and conducting training programs for the same. Our RFX and Auction templates reduce time required to setup e-sourcing events. We also assist Suppliers by training them on tools and procedures for participating in e-sourcing/ e-auction events. A thorough documentation including training videos, manuals, maintenance and ad-hoc MIS reporting system makes the e-sourcing process hassle-free.


We support the implementation of the contract management system and handhold you through the transition of contract data from offline sources to the online platform. We design and upkeep the contract upload templates that catalyses and eases the process of contract management on an ongoing basis. Once the entire system is configured, setup and tested, we train the buy side users on uploading contracts and also familiarize them with general features of the contract management system. Custom MIS reports based on user requirements, such as Contract Renewal Calendar, contract details by supplier or service, etc. are configured by us.
